Describe your role at Corbel Partners.

My day-to-day roles include the recruitment, training, development, and supervision of advisers. I also provide research, and support for advisers on both technical and business development matters.

My co-directors and I are also responsible for the strategic planning of the business and ensuring that the services we offer to advisers are market-leading.

What’s your background, and how did these experiences lead you to Corbel Partners?

I tried a few jobs when I was younger, but always wanted to run my own business. This led to becoming self-employed as a financial adviser in 1995, followed by the formation of Corbel Partners in 2004.

What do you think makes Corbel Partners different from other networks?

Our independence, something which is being lost within other firms. We’re also committed to service and good client outcomes.

In your view, what does the future look like for Corbel Partners?

We’ll continue to grow from our current strong position, and remain an independent advice firm with a focus on service.

What do you enjoy most about Corbel Partners?

The thing I enjoy most about Corbel Partners is working with our advisers, and watching their businesses grow with our support.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I enjoy scuba diving, snowboarding, foreign travel, and good food.
